Podcast

Click on the  logo to listen to an excellent Football and the Great War podcast documentary for Mark Crossley’s ‘We Are Going Up’ programme. Alex Jackson from the National Football Museum and Mark Metcalf provide expert contributions and although Spiksley’s experience of being in Germany at the outbreak of the war is mentioned at around 26 minutes, the whole podcast is well worth a full listen.
