When’s The Replay? is a free digital book that celebrates Sheffield Wednesday’s first FA Cup triumph. The book was released on 18 April 2020, 124 years to the day when Jack Earp The Wednesday captain received the FA Cup from Lord Kinnaird and lifted it aloft at The Crystal Palace in South London.
When’s The Replay? is  collaboration between authors John Brodie, Jason Dickinson, Mark Metcalf and Clive Nicholson who have combined previously released material with over 80 images to share the story of how Wednesday became the first team from Yorkshire to win the cup. They hope that, during these challenging times, Wednesday supporters will enjoy discovering the forgotten heroes from 1896 and how they created history that day.
The title When’s The Replay? is taken from a cup final anecdote which you can discover by clicking on the image above and downloading the book for free today. It takes a minute to download a PDF file which can be viewed in your web browser or saved to your computer or device.
